1. Definitions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

asha77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. asha77 targets a withdrawal processing time of 10–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and up to 3 business days for bank transfers. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high demand, maintenance, or where enhanced identity verification is required.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Upon account closure, asha77 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and voided winnings) to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms
